Volunteer Satellite Distributors Product Return Policy
Purchases may be exchanged within a 30 day period from the date of the invoice.  After 30 days contact the manufacturer for warranty return instructions.
 
You must contact us (800-726-1298) or (931-490-1280)  to receive a Return Authorization Number. Write the RA number on the outside of the box and return to the address below.  Please make sure that your name and address is visibly displayed on the outside of the box along with the RA number. Returned product will not be accepted without our Return Authorization Number.
 
Returned product must be in the original manufacturers box.
 
Replacement product will be sent when we receive your returned product. We are not responsible for lost packages between your location and ours, so please insure the package.

You are responsible for shipping charges to our location. Replacment shipping to you is free under most circumstances.

* Product being returned for any reason other than manufacturers defect is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
