This Free to Air Receiver is a dual tuner PVR! Watch one channel while recording another!! Any standard IDE hard drive can be easily installed through the front access panel. The PVR 7000 does not have a USB port for upgrades but rather uses a 9 pin data port cable. Check your computer for compatability, or purchase a DB9pin to USB adapter for more convenience. We suggest Cables to Go as a supplier
